You can find our office at Ratan Park Phase 1, over on Pashan Sus Road in Pune. We are in unit B1. It is a pretty nice area, a bit quieter than the main city center, which helps when we need to concentrate. Our team works on various digital solutions. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who enjoy working in this part of Pune. The commute along Sus Road is usually okay, though it gets a bit jammed up during the rainy season. Our office is simple and functional. We have our computers set up and a small table where we sit for lunch or to talk through projects. There are some trees around the building, so it doesn't feel like we are trapped in a concrete box all day. We do a lot of our work online, so we don't always have people coming into the office, but the door is usually open during business hours. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or have big meetings about goals. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job of it. Being in Phase 1 of Ratan Park means we have a few shops nearby for snacks and tea. It's a straightforward place to work and we’ve settled in quite well over the last few years. It is a low-key environment that fits our style.
