Amit Patel

Amit Patel is located at Kothrud Char Rasta, in Flat No A7. Kothrud is a very lively part of Pune, and the Char Rasta area is always buzzing with activity. The flat itself is used as a workspace, so it has a bit of a homey feel mixed with office vibes. You can hear the sounds of the market and the traffic from the balcony. We have set up a couple of workstations in the main room, and the kitchen is mostly used for storing files and making tea. It is not a corporate building, so you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to us. The elevator is sometimes out of order, which keeps us fit. We have some plants in the corner that probably need more water than they get. Most days are spent sitting at the computers or talking on the phone with clients. Because it is a flat, it feels more relaxed than a standard office. We do not wear suits or follow strict schedules. As long as the work gets done, everyone is happy. The neighborhood has some great places to eat, so we usually head out for a quick lunch around two. It is a good spot to be in because everything you need is just a short walk away. We have been at A7 for a while and have no plans to change the setup. It works for us and the people we deal with. Sometimes we just sit on the balcony for a few minutes to watch the sunset.
