We are based in the Sadashiv Peth area of Pune, specifically at Office 202 in Business Square. It is an old part of the city, full of history and narrow streets. We like being here because it feels real, not like those sterile new office parks on the outskirts. Our company is Ameliorate Digital Consultancy, and we have been registered as a private limited company for some time. We are not a huge team. We are small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is working on. Our office is functional. We have got some desks, a small pantry for making tea, and enough computers to get the job done. We do not spend much time on fancy presentations about ourselves. We would rather just show people what we can do. Most of our day is spent looking at data or fixing digital problems for our clients. Pune is a busy city, and Sadashiv Peth is always buzzing with people and shops. It can be a bit of a challenge to find parking sometimes, but we would not want to be anywhere else. We try to be honest with everyone we work with. If a project is going to be difficult, we say so. We do not believe in sugarcoating things just to get a contract. It is just about doing a fair day’s work for a fair price. That is the way we have always done it and it works for us.
