You can find us at House No. 642, Sr. No. 29/1A, in the Anand Nagar Society. That’s in the Keshavnagar area of Mundhva, here in Pune. Alyssum Realty Llp is a small outfit. We aren't one of those big real estate firms from the city center. We work out of this house in the society. It’s a bit more personal that way. Keshavnagar is a growing part of Pune, and it keeps us pretty busy. We spend our days checking out new projects and talking to folks who want to live around here. We don't have a shiny office with glass walls. It’s just a regular place where we get our work done. Sometimes the traffic in Mundhva is a bit much, but we are used to it. We don't use a lot of fancy language or make big promises. We just know the local streets and who is selling what. The Anand Nagar Society is a nice, quiet place to be based. Most of our neighbors know who we are. We don't really do much marketing. Usually, someone just tells a friend about us and they give us a call. We handle a lot of the small details that come with buying or renting a place. It’s a lot of running around and checking on documents, but we enjoy it. Being local makes a big difference in this business, and we've been here for a while now, watching the city grow.
