Allstars Properties LLP is based at the ICC Trade Tower on Senapati Bapat Road. Our office is A 102 on the first floor. SB Road is one of those places in Pune that never really stops moving. It’s full of shops, malls, and big offices. Even though we are in a big trade tower, our office feels like a regular local workplace. We have a small team of people who know the Pune property market inside out. We don’t really go for the high-end, polished image that some other firms do. We’re more likely to be found in crumpled shirts after a long day of site visits. The office is usually full of maps and blueprints. We spend a lot of time coordinating between buyers and sellers. It involves a lot of waiting around and making phone calls. We don't have a grand mission statement or anything like that. We just want to help people find a place that works for them without too much trouble. Sometimes the deals go through quickly, and sometimes they drag on for months. We just stay with it until it’s finished. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we are used to it by now. We know the local builders and the older society chairmen around here. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way every single day.
