Allied Properties

Allied Properties is situated in Koregaon Park, specifically on the North Main Road. If you are looking for us, we are right below the Kapila Dairy, which makes it easy for people to find since the dairy is so popular. We focus on the local property market here in this part of town. Koregaon Park is a nice area with lots of trees and big houses, but it can be quite expensive. We spend our days answering the phone and taking people to see different flats or office spaces that are up for rent. It’s a lot of walking up and down stairs and talking to building managers. We don't have a very fancy office ourselves, just some chairs and a table where we can sit and talk about prices. Sometimes the deals fall through at the last minute and we have to start all over again, which can be frustrating. We know most of the streets and lanes around here like the back of our hand. It’s a competitive business, but we just stay in our small corner below the dairy and do our thing. People often stop by after getting their milk to ask about what’s available in the neighborhood. We don't use any slick sales talk; we just show what we have and let the people decide for themselves if it fits their budget and needs.
