All Type Property

We've been running All Type Property out of this spot at Gulmohar Center Point for a bit now. It’s right there in Viman Nagar, just next to Punjabi Rasoi. If you know the area, you know that place gets busy around lunch. Our office is number 4/412. It’s not a huge place, just a few desks and some files piled up, but it works for us. Mostly we spend the day talking to people about flats or shops around here. Viman Nagar has changed a lot since we started. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, but being central helps. We aren't doing anything fancy. We just know the streets and who is looking to move. People drop in after eating next door sometimes just to ask about prices. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we spend too much time looking for a specific key. That’s just how it goes. We don't have a big flashy sign or anything, just the name on the door. It’s a practical setup. We handle whatever comes our way regarding property in this neighborhood. It keeps us busy enough. There’s always someone moving in or out of these buildings. We try to keep track of it all. If you’re walking past the center point, you’ll probably see us inside or standing out front for a bit of air. It’s just a normal local business doing its thing every day and trying to keep things simple for everyone.
