Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd

Working out here at Plot R1 in the MIDC Kurkumbh area is different from being in the city. Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd has its spot right in the Res Colony, so a lot of us are practically neighbors. It’s an industrial zone, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving in the distance. Daund is a bit of a drive, but we are used to it by now. The site itself is pretty big, and we spend a lot of time following the regular schedules. Chemicals aren't something you can rush, so we take it slow and stick to the routine. Most days involve checking tanks, looking at gauges, and walking around the different sections of the plant. It can get pretty hot out here in Pune district, especially in the afternoons, but we have our shaded spots to take a break. We’ve got a good group of people here who have been working together for years. It feels more like a small community since we’re a bit tucked away from the main towns. Everyone knows where everything is, and we don't need much instruction anymore. We just show up, do the shifts, and make sure everything is running like it’s supposed to. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment comes in, but that's just part of life at the MIDC. The air smells like metal and earth most days.
