Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd.

The facility is located at 20/6 in the Hadpsar Industrial Estate. It’s an older part of Hadpsar, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. We deal with chemicals, specifically alkyl amines, which means there’s always a lot of safety protocols to follow and containers moving around. It’s a specialized field, but for us, it’s just the daily routine. Our staff comes in from all over the neighborhood. The morning shift starts early to get the processing units warmed up. Dealing with chemicals requires a lot of patience and keeping an eye on the gauges. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We mostly focus on making sure the batches come out right. The office is right next to the loading bay, so it gets a little noisy when the tankers arrive to fill up. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, but we try to stay on top of it. It’s not the most glamorous job, working in an industrial estate, but it pays the bills and we’ve got a good group of people here. Most of us have been with Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd. for a long time. We know each other's families and what’s going on locally. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There is always something to clean or a valve to check.
