Alisha Properties

Alisha Properties is located on Ashram Road in Khondhwa. We are on the first floor of building number 11. It’s a simple setup we have here. We deal with properties, obviously. That means people come to us when they are looking for a place to stay or wanting to sell something they own. We’ve been in Khondhwa for a good bit now and we know the streets around Ashram Road pretty well. Being on the first floor is nice because we can see what's happening on the street but it stays a little quieter than being right on the ground. We aren't a massive real estate chain. It’s just a small team of us here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out showing people different flats and plots. When we are in the office at number 11, we’re usually catching up on paperwork. We don't use those high-pressure sales tactics. We just show what’s available and let people decide for themselves. It’s a lot of walking and talking, really. The office is just a place to keep the files and have a seat. We don’t have a flashy showroom. We think it’s better to just be honest about the places we’re showing. If you need to find us, just head down Ashram Road and look for the first floor at number 11. We’ll likely be there or just a few minutes away at a property nearby.
