You can find us at Akshay Real Estate over in Warje. We are located at Sr No 115 in Rudit Agar, which is right near the Bangalore Express highway. To get to us, you have to go inside the vegetable market area. It’s a very lively spot, especially in the mornings when the vendors are shouting and people are buying their greens. We are also quite close to the Datta Mandir, so it’s a landmark most people in the neighborhood know. Being inside the market means our office can get a bit dusty and it's definitely not quiet. But we like being where the people are. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a simple room where we sit and talk about land and flats. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for something nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking to different plots along the highway. Real estate work here is mostly about knowing who is selling and who is buying. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the stories in the area. We don't use any big words or fancy sales tactics. We just show you what is available and tell you the price. Sometimes we sit out front and have tea while waiting for a client. It’s a regular local business, and we just try to keep things moving along smoothly for everyone.
