You can find us at Ajinkya Property Consultant inside the K.P.C.T Mall. We are in the C-Wing, which is right near the Vishal Mega Mart. It is a busy spot in Fatima Nagar and the Karimpura Bazar is just right there too. The mall is always full of people, especially on the weekends, so it gets quite lively. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have some plastic chairs for guests and a big desk where we keep all the property listings and maps. We spend a lot of our time walking around the neighborhood looking at houses and shops. People stop by to ask about what is for sale or if there are any rooms for rent nearby. We try to keep track of everything in our big ledger. Sometimes we forget to update the board outside, but we know the details in our heads. Dealing with property can be a bit slow and there is a lot of waiting for people to show up for meetings. We drink plenty of tea while we wait. The traffic around the mart is always a bit of a nightmare, so we usually tell people to come early. We have been here for a while and we know the landlords and the shopkeepers in the bazar. It is a local business and we like it that way. No big corporate stuff, just talking to people about where they want to live or work.
