Ajay Shirke & Associates is located on the Pune Satara Road at number 210, right in the Camp area. This part of town is always moving. There’s a lot of traffic passing by all day long. Our office is a simple place where we manage our daily tasks. It’s not a corporate glass tower; it’s a grounded, local office space. We’ve got the basics covered—tables, chairs, and plenty of space for all the files we have to keep track of. The walls are a plain color and we don't have much on them besides a calendar. The associates here are usually busy with their own sets of papers. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our day is just spent doing the actual work that needs to be done. The Camp area is great because everything is close by, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We usually get our tea from the shop just down the road. It’s an honest way to work, being right here where people can just drop in. We don’t try to make it look like something it isn’t. It’s just an office where we put in the hours and try to keep things organized. Usually, there's a lot of talking and phone calls happening throughout the morning. We just keep our heads down and handle the associates' business as it comes. It works for us.
