We are based out of the Abhilasha Building in Pimple Gurav. Our office is on the 4th floor, flat number 404. The area is Gangarde Nagar, and we are right at Shiv Ganesh Chowk. It’s a busy corner. If you are looking for us, we are right above Dr Pagare Hospital. You can also see the Kashi Vishweshwar School from here. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the neighborhood, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the computer screen. Ajay Patil And Associates is just a small team of us working here. The building has an elevator, which is a relief given how high up we are. The school nearby means there’s a lot of shouting and playing during the day, which keeps things from being too quiet. We have our files organized as best as we can, but things always seem to pile up. The rooms are filled with desks and old cupboards. It’s a typical workspace for a firm like ours. We’ve got a small balcony area too, though it’s mostly used for storing extra chairs. People usually find us by looking for the hospital sign first. It’s a local spot, nothing fancy or polished about it. We just come in every morning, deal with the paperwork, and try to keep things moving. It feels very much like a part of the local community.
