Our setup is in Mundhwa, right near the big Bharat Forge plant. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly factories and heavy industrial stuff. We are spread across units 72 to 76. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you’re coming from the main city, but for what we do with metachem, it’s the right place to be. The air always has that faint smell of metal and grease from the nearby workshops. We have a lot of space for our materials, which is good because things can get pretty crowded. The office is tucked away in one corner of the site. It’s nothing special, just a place to sit and handle the billing. We spend most of our time out where the action is, checking on the processes. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer months. We have a small crew and we’ve all worked together for a long time. There’s a tea stall just outside where we usually take our breaks and talk about whatever is happening in the news. It’s a very practical kind of life. We don’t have fancy brochures or a lobby. People who come to see us are usually truck drivers or raw material suppliers. We just keep our heads down and make sure the orders are processed correctly. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Mundhwa. We like it this way.
