You can find Agriwell Farmtech Producer Company Limited out in Mahora, which is in the Jalna district. We use Bhaskar Madhu Dhale’s house at number 2037 as our main point of contact. It’s a local operation, mostly just farmers from the village and surrounding areas. We started this because we wanted to bring more technology or better methods into how we farm. It’s not always easy to change how things have been done for years, but we try. The name sounds a bit modern, but we are still out there in the dirt every day. Jalna is known for its agriculture, and we are just a small part of that. We handle the supply side and try to help the members get what they need for their land. It’s a producer company, so it belongs to the people who do the actual work. We don't have a big staff. Most of us are just out in the fields until we have to come inside and deal with the paperwork at Bhaskar’s house. Sometimes the rains are good, sometimes they aren't, and we just deal with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. Just want to make sure the farm tech side of things works for us. It’s a simple setup in Mahora. We keep things honest and just do our best with what we have. It’s a long road but we are happy to be working on our own terms here. We don't need much else.
