Our shop is number 1 at 47 Mukund Nagar. We are right opposite the Bamboli Shop in Gultekadi. It’s a local neighborhood in Pune City, 411037. If you are from around here, you know the spot. We are realtors, mostly dealing with the local property stuff. The shop is small but it gets the job done. We have a desk for meetings and some chairs for visitors. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a place where we sit, talk, and handle the daily tasks of the property business. Usually, there is some construction noise nearby or people stopping by to chat. We know most of the neighbors. Dealing with houses and land here means knowing the area well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to check on a building nearby. The Mukund Nagar area is pretty settled, so there is always someone looking for something or wanting to sell. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell people what we know. It’s an honest living. We open up in the morning, have our tea, and see what the day brings. Sometimes it's quiet, other times it's a mess of documents and phone calls. We just keep at it. Being in Gultekadi feels right for us. It’s home and it’s work all in one.
