We've been at the Parmar Pavan building for a while now, right up on the first floor. It's across from the Rupees Co Operative Bank in Khondhwa. People usually stop by when they are looking for a place to rent or if they have a flat they want to sell without too much fuss. It's just a small office here, nothing fancy. We spend most of our time on the phone or out showing properties to folks who need a roof over their heads. Some days are busy with paperwork, and other days it's just quiet conversations about prices and locations around this part of town. We know the streets here pretty well because we've walked them so many times. If you are coming over, just look for the bank and then head up to the first floor. We usually have the door open unless it's raining hard or we are all out at a site. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't really do the big fancy brochures or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the neighborhood. We try to keep things simple for everyone. There’s always some tea or water if you’re waiting. Dealing with property is often stressful for people, so we just try to talk through it normally. Come by if you're in the area and need to discuss some real estate stuff. We have some old maps of the area pinned up on the wall that show how things used to look before all the new buildings went up. It's interesting to see.
