Agenta Realty and Infra is located up on the fourth floor at Green Heaven. It’s Flat 402, right there in Uday Baug. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit, focusing on property and infrastructure projects around Ghorpadi. The building is on Plot 7, SN-82, if you’re trying to find us. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main roads. Usually, we’re busy with blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. Real estate and infra work keeps us on our toes. There's always some new permit to get or a site to visit. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. It’s more of a functional space where we get things done. We deal with various land deals and building projects. Folks come by to discuss their plans or look at drawings. It’s mostly practical work. Ghorpadi has its own vibe, and we like being part of it. The office is where we handle the paperwork and meetings. It’s not a large team, just a few people who know the local land. We try to stay organized but with so many projects, the desks get covered in files pretty fast. It’s just how it goes when you’re building stuff. We've seen a lot of changes in Uday Baug recently. It takes time to get everything right with these developments.
