Advance Cad Technologies

Advance Cad Technologies is situated on the 5th floor of Pushpashanti Tower. We are right near the Karve Statue on Karve Road in Kothrud, which is a pretty famous landmark for anyone around here. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy street below, though we don't spend much time looking out. We are mostly focused on our CAD work and the technical side of things. Kothrud has changed so much over the years, with new shops and buildings popping up everywhere, but the Karve statue stays the same. Our office is a busy place with people coming in and out all day. It’s not a very quiet environment, but that’s because there is always something going on. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just our desks and computers. The lift in Pushpashanti Tower can be a bit crowded during lunch hours, so sometimes we just wait or go earlier. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other businesses in the tower know us. We just try to get the drawings and designs done on time. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. If you need to find us, just tell the rickshaw driver to take you to the Karve statue and you’re basically there. We have been in this spot for years and it suits our way of working perfectly. It's a solid place to be for a tech business.
