Our office for Adrita Realtors is in Shivaji Nagar, which is right in the heart of Pune. We are located in Thube Park at Ramsukh House. We have two rooms, 103 and 104, on the first floor. It is an older building with a lot of character. Shivaji Nagar is always buzzing with students, office workers, and traffic. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit. Inside the office, things are pretty straightforward. We have some computers, a few chairs for visitors, and lots of files. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just talk to people who walk in or call us. The real estate market in Pune can be confusing with all the different zones and rules. We spend a lot of our time just reading through documents and making sure everything is legal. It’s a lot of detail work. Sometimes we are out all day looking at properties, and other times we are stuck behind the desk. We don’t use any of that fancy corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a place has a leaky roof or bad parking, we say so. It’s easier to be honest than to try and hide things. We are just a local team doing our best in a busy city and taking things one day at a time.
