Adme Media Llp is a small outfit located in Ganadhish Apartment. We’re in Flat 101, right in the heart of Pune City. Our address is CTS No 1288, and it’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We focus on media, but in a very hands-on way. We don’t have a big board of directors or a fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s just a regular apartment that we turned into a workspace. We have a few desks, some decent computers, and a kitchen that gets a lot of use for tea and snacks. Most of our day is spent talking to clients or working through media plans. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Maharashtra. We just want to do good work for the people who trust us. Pune is a great city for this kind of thing because there are so many different businesses around. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up and get to work. Most of our clients like that we are easy to talk to. We don’t use a lot of complicated industry talk. We just explain things as they are. It’s a simple way of doing business and it seems to work for us. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving our office anytime soon.
