Adlerus Financial Services Llp is based out of Flat 402 in Block A of Gagan Avenue. We are located in Kondhwa Budruk, specifically at Survey Number 15/3/1. It’s a residential-style setup which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a cold, stark commercial building. We like it that way because it's more comfortable. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a break from the street noise and the dust. Kondhwa has grown a lot lately, so there’s always something new opening up around the corner like a cafe or a small shop. Our daily life is mostly focused on financial service tasks. It involves a lot of counting, verifying data, and typing into spreadsheets. The office is basically just a few rooms with enough space for our equipment and a place to sit. It’s nothing fancy, just a practical environment for getting work done. We don't have a front desk or a lobby area. If you come by, you’re just walking into where we work. We’ve been here at Sn 15/3/1 for some time. Most of our day is spent looking at files and answering calls. We take our lunch breaks together sometimes when it's not too busy. It’s a small operation. We don’t have any grand plans to move to a big tower in the city center. This spot in Gagan Avenue works for us and keeps everything running.
