Aditya Associates

If you are around the Hariniwas Circle in Thane West, you might have noticed our shop. Aditya Associates is located in S 12, D Track Society. We are right opposite that old Thane Wala Garage, which usually serves as a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. It is a busy area and people are always coming and going. We have been in this exact spot for a good while, helping folks with their housing needs. It is a small office, and it is usually a bit cluttered with papers and maps of the local streets. We don't go in for any of that fancy talk. We just tell people what we know about the buildings and the landlords around here. Sometimes the market is a bit slow and other times it is moving too fast to keep up. We just take it as it comes. Usually, the day consists of sitting down with a cup of tea and looking over the different options we have on file. We know the society and the circle like the back of our hands. It is definitely not a corporate setup. Just a few of us trying to make a living by connecting people with the right places. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a nightmare out front, but people usually find a way. We are here most days, just doing the regular work of a local estate office.
