Adi Enterprises Real Estate

We have been operating Adi Enterprises Real Estate out of the Swarise Building in Wakad for quite some time now. It is easy to find us because we are right near the Chandramauli Garden, which most people around here know. Dealing with property in this part of town keeps us busy every day. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we sit down and talk to people looking for a flat or a plot. Sometimes the traffic in Wakad gets a bit much, but we like being here because the area is growing so fast. People stop by after walking in the garden to ask about prices or what is available nearby. We try to keep things simple and just tell them what we know about the local buildings. It's a small team here, mostly just us handling the paperwork and showing people around when they have time. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to actually get the filing done. We mostly deal with folks from the neighborhood or people moving here for work. It’s a lot of walking and talking, really. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs and a desk where we can look at maps and documents. If you are ever near the garden and need to talk about real estate, we are usually around during regular hours. It is just a basic office where we do our best to keep things clear for everyone.
