Down here in Bavdhan, right by the Raipur Gate, you will find our office in the Jijai Building. We are pretty close to the Vithal Mandir, which is a good landmark if you are trying to visit us for the first time. Dealing with land and advising people on what to do with their property is what we do every day. It is a lot of checking documents and walking around different plots to see what the situation is. Being Adesh Land Advisor means we have to know every corner of this area quite well. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to sit down with clients and go over maps. We get all kinds of people coming in, from folks looking to buy a small bit of land to people who have questions about their inheritance. It’s practical work and it takes a lot of patience because the paperwork can be a real headache sometimes. We don’t use those slick sales pitches you hear from big firms. We just tell people the facts about the land they are interested in. It’s a local business and we like it that way. Most of our day is spent talking to people or visiting the government offices to verify things. It keeps us on our feet and we’ve been at it long enough to know the ropes in Bavdhan. It gets busy during the year but we always make time to talk.
