Active Computers

Active Computers is tucked away in Sadashiv Peth Deep Nagar, specifically near Civil Lines 1. This part of the city has a lot of history, and we have been here long enough to feel like part of the furniture. Our daily life involves a lot of troubleshooting and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. The shop in Deep Nagar isn't very large, so we have to be careful where we put the monitors and towers. If you walk into Sadashiv Peth, you will see a lot of small businesses like ours. We just focus on the computer side of things. It is often a bit messy with open boxes and packing tape everywhere. We get all sorts of people coming in, from students at Civil Lines 1 to older folks who just want their internet to work again. We don't use any fancy systems to track things, mostly just notebooks and memory. It is a very hands-on type of job. Sometimes we stay late because a certain repair is taking longer than we thought it would. That is just how it goes when you deal with hardware. We like being in this neighborhood because everyone knows everyone else. You can just stop by the shop at Deep Nagar if you are in the area. We are usually there behind the counter working on something or other. It is just a steady, ordinary business for us.
