You can find us over at Bhosale Heights on F C Road. We are on the stilt floor, at 1195/5 in Shivaji Nagar. That’s in the 411005 part of Pune. Being on Fergusson College Road means there is always energy outside. Students, shoppers, and people just walking around. Our office is a bit tucked away on that stilt floor, which is nice because it stays a bit quieter than the street. We do realty work. It’s a lot of talking to landlords and looking at plots. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us here in Shivaji Nagar. Most mornings we spend catch up on the latest rules and listings. The space is filled with stacks of papers and some old folders. We keep things basic. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We prefer just getting the work done. The area is great for lunch, though, so we usually head out to one of the local spots nearby. If you are looking for us, look for the Bhosale Heights sign. It’s right in the thick of things. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Real estate in Pune is always changing, so we just try to keep up with it one day at a time. It’s a job like any other, just with more paperwork sometimes.
