We are over at Office No 107 in the Sai Apex building. If you know Viman Nagar at all, you know where Datta Mandir Chowk is. That’s where we sit most days on the first floor. It is a busy spot. Sometimes it takes a bit to find parking near the junction, but we have been here a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks, some chairs for people to sit on, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. We usually get in around ten in the morning and start going through the papers. It gets a bit loud with the traffic outside from the chowk, but you get used to it after a week or two. Most of what we do is just talking to people who want to move into the area or maybe sell their old place. We don’t really have a big team, just a couple of us handling the phones and showing people around the neighborhood when the weather is decent. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which isn't too bad since it's just one floor up. We keep a pot of tea going most afternoons. It is a straightforward way to spend the day, just looking at property listings and trying to keep things organized for whoever walks through the door. It gets the job done.
