Absolute Space Properties is located in Wakad, which has become such a huge hub lately. We are in the Solitaire Business Hub, office C3-34. It’s a modern building, but our office feels pretty lived-in. We have files stacked up and some old calendars on the wall. Working in real estate in this part of Pune is pretty hectic. There are so many new projects going up all the time. We try to keep track of which ones are good and which ones have issues. Our days are filled with driving back and forth between sites. We know the backroads of Wakad quite well by now. The team is just a few people who have been doing this for years. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting at our desks or talking on the phone. We don't go for the high-pressure sales stuff. Usually, we just show what’s on the market and let people decide for themselves. It’s more relaxed that way. Dealing with property is stressful enough for people, so we try not to add to it. We just provide the info and handle the legal bits. Some days are long, especially when we have to wait for someone who is late for a viewing. But that’s just how it goes in this business. We take the good days with the bad and just keep moving forward.
