Ability Estates

You can find us over at 1/A1 Khondhwa in Manish Park. We are really close to Brahma Execuberance, which is a landmark most people in the area recognize easily. Ability Estates is a small team and we spend most of our time talking about properties and local housing. Our office isn't very large, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit on while they look at listings. It gets quite lively in the afternoons when people are out walking near the park. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going back and forth between different buildings and showing people around. Khondhwa has changed a lot since we first started, but we still like being in this particular spot. The atmosphere is generally friendly, and we have a good relationship with the neighbors. We don't have any flashy signs or big marketing displays out front. Usually, it is just us answering the phone or heading out to meet someone at a gate. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult keys or leaky taps in the places we manage, but that is just part of the daily routine. We don't try to make things sound better than they are. We just show people what is available and help them figure out where they want to live. It is basic work but we stay busy every day.
