Abhisekh Real Estate

We are Abhisekh Real Estate, located at Shop No 1 in Omkar Colony. This is in the Pimple Gurav area, right on the 60 Feet Road. We are very close to the Ram Krishan Mangal Karyala, which is a good landmark for people visiting us for the first time. The road gets quite busy during wedding season because of the hall nearby. Our office is a modest space. We have some chairs and a table where we discuss property deals with the local residents. Pimple Gurav has grown a lot lately, and we’ve been here to see it happen. We handle mostly local houses and some commercial plots. It’s a lot of running around, meeting owners, and showing places to families. We aren't a big chain with multiple branches. It's just this one shop. We try to be honest about what’s available. If a house has a leakage problem or the parking is tight, we tell people. There’s no point in hiding it because everyone knows everyone here anyway. My desk is usually a mess of files and tea cups. We talk to people in the local language and keep things simple. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just help people find a place to stay or sell their property when they need to move on. Sometimes the traffic noise makes it hard to hear on the phone, but we manage. People know we are here every day except for some Sundays.
