We are over at Siddhi Nisarg in the D Wing. Our office is number 406. If you know the Bhoomkar Wasti area in Pune, you’ve probably passed by us. It's a busy spot near 411057. Usually, we are just caught up with paperwork or out talking to people about houses. There isn't much to say about the office itself, it's just a practical space where we keep our files and meet folks. Most days start with tea and checking what's new in the neighborhood. We’ve been in Maharashtra for a while now. The building is easy enough to find once you get into the wing. Sometimes the elevator is slow, but we make it work. We handle the real estate side of things for people around here. It gets noisy outside with the traffic, but inside it's just us working through the day. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just desks, chairs, and some computers. People drop in to ask about property prices or how to get things registered. We try to keep it simple. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a small team trying to get things done. Most of the time we are just busy with the usual housing stuff that comes up in Pune. It’s a lot of running around, honestly. But that’s how the job is. We just stay focused on the local market here in Bhoomkar Wasti.
