Aashish Metal & Alloys

Our small office is in the Sai Darshan Apartments, right on the road near the Magar Stadium. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a metal and alloys business, being in an apartment building, but it has worked for us for a long time. We don't need a massive warehouse here since most of our work involves managing the orders and talking to people over the phone. Aashish Metal & Alloys is basically just a few of us in a room filled with files, samples, and a couple of old computers that have seen better days. The view out the window is mostly the traffic heading towards the stadium, which gets really busy during match days. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. You just come up the stairs and find us. It’s a quiet enough place to get the paperwork done, though the sound of the road is always there in the background. We spend a lot of time on the phone, tracking down materials or talking to transporters about delivery schedules. We don't have a lot of formal rules or a corporate dress code. Usually, we just wear what’s comfortable and focus on getting the day's tasks finished. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a big office. We like the neighborhood, and the tea shop downstairs makes a decent cup when we need a quick break. We just take each day as it comes and move forward.
