We run Aarushka Agro And Products Private Limited from a flat in Pimple Nilakh. Specifically, we are in Building B, Flat 03 of the Akash Ganga building. It’s a bit different than being right out on a farm, since we are in a more residential area of Pune, but we still deal with agro products every single day. The space is small, just a regular apartment turned into a workspace, so things can get a bit crowded when we have a lot going on. We spend our time coordinating between the growers and the people who need the products. It’s a lot of phone calls and keeping track of where everything is moving. Pimple Nilakh has grown a lot lately, so traffic can be a mess when we are trying to get things delivered. We aren't some huge corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. When you come by, you’re likely to just see us at our desks or moving some samples around. It’s a bit noisy sometimes with the city sounds outside, but we get the work done. We started this because we saw a gap in how products were getting to the market. It’s not always smooth sailing, and sometimes we run out of space for all the files and samples, but we make it work. Just a small team trying to keep the business moving forward one day at a time, making sure everyone gets what they ordered without too much fuss.
