Aaishwarya Estate

Our office is at 18 Parvati K K Layout inside Akshay House. It is a quiet enough place most of the time. We spend most of our days looking at property files and talking to people who want to buy or rent something around here. It’s not a big company. There are just a few of us. We have some old chairs for when people come in to talk about land or flats. The walls have some maps that are a bit faded from the sun. We spend a lot of time out on the road too. Showing houses can take all day if the traffic is bad. We don't have a receptionist so if we are all out, the door is just locked. We try to leave a note. The paperwork for real estate can be a real headache sometimes. We sit here and drink tea while we wait for the government offices to call us back. It’s just a normal local business. We know the streets in this layout very well. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the neighborhood. Other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be some huge firm. We just help people find a place to stay or invest their money without making a big fuss about it.
