We are based out of Kondhwa Bk, specifically in the Akruticountrywoods area. Our spot is in Cluster B3, flat P-505. It's a bit of a residential feel around here, which is actually quite nice compared to the middle of the city. Tilekar Nagar has changed a lot over the last few years with more buildings popping up everywhere. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a few rooms converted into workspace and a small kitchen area where the kettle is always running. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us working on marketing stuff. Usually, there’s some music playing in the background to keep the mood okay. The commute can be a bit of a pain if you’re coming from the other side of Pune, but we’re used to it. We don’t really do much in the way of decoration. Just some calendars on the wall and too many charging cables everywhere. Sometimes we have meetings on the balcony when the weather isn’t too hot. It’s just a place where we get through the day's work. Nothing very exciting happens, just the usual phone calls and emails. If you’re coming to see us, just tell the security at the gate you’re headed to P-505 in B3 and they usually let you right through without much trouble. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on what needs to be done before the sun goes down and the traffic picks up again. It is a quiet place to work.
