A1 Estates sits right on the Pune-Satara Road in the Shastri Nagar area. We are located in the Rajdhani Complex, which is quite near the Shankar Maharaj Math. Being near the Math means there is always a lot of movement and people around the area. Our office is pretty basic. We have some chairs for clients and a big map of the local area on the wall. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, looking at plots or checking on buildings. Real estate in this part of Pune keeps us moving. We see all kinds of people, some looking for a small room and others wanting something much bigger. The traffic on Pune-Satara Road is always buzzing outside our window. It’s a bit of a landmark area so people don't usually have trouble finding us in the Rajdhani Complex. We aren't big on fancy marketing or anything like that. We just know the streets and the buildings around here like the back of our hand. Sometimes we're just sitting here waiting for a call, and other times we don't even have time to eat lunch because we are showing properties. It is just the way the property business goes. We’ve been at this same spot for years, and we don't plan on moving anytime soon because we like the neighborhood and the people who pass by.
