A S Padhye And Associates is located in Shaniwar Peth, which is one of the older parts of Pune that still has that traditional feel. Our office is in the Tapascharya building at 381/C. We are quite close to Venus Prakashan, so that is usually the landmark we tell people to look for when they are trying to find us for the first time. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks, some cupboards for files, and the usual stuff you find in a working space. It is not a big fancy place with glass walls or anything. It is more of a functional spot where we can put our heads down and get the work finished. Shaniwar Peth is always full of energy, but inside the building, it stays relatively quiet, which is nice for concentrating. We do not spend much time on things that do not matter. We just come in, handle our daily responsibilities, and go home. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, but our routine stays mostly the same. We know the local shops and the people around here. It is a comfortable place to work because it feels familiar. Sometimes we have a lot of work and stay late, and other days it is a bit slower. That is just how it goes for us. We do not try to be anything we are not. We are just a group of people working together in a quiet corner of the Peth.
