This is A R Chetan Kamble & Associates. We are located out in Dhanakawadi, specifically in Phase 4 near the Baltana area. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the center of the city, but it’s a good place to work once you get here. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office isn’t huge, but it has enough room for us to spread out our work on the big desks. Chetan is usually the one you’ll talk to first. He’s been doing this for years and knows most of the people around here. We don’t really like using big words to sound important. We just talk like regular people about the work that needs to be done. Our days are filled with phone calls, site visits, and trying to keep everything on schedule. Sometimes things go wrong, like a supplier forgetting an order or the rain stopping a job, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just life in this business. We aren't some big corporate firm with a thousand employees. It’s just a small team of us working together. People come to us because they want someone who will actually listen to them without rushing. We like to take our time to understand what's needed for each specific task. The neighborhood is changing fast with new buildings popping up everywhere. It keeps us busy, that's for sure.
