A N P Investments is based at 25 Kothrud, inside the Maharaja Complex in Gulistan Nagar. Our office is a pretty simple place where we spend most of our time looking at financial charts and piles of documents. People in Kothrud are usually quite careful with their money, so they come to us to help them make sense of everything. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. It’s mostly just us at our desks, working through different investment options. We spend a lot of time explaining how things work and what the risks are. It’s important to be clear about that stuff because it’s people’s hard-earned savings. Some days the phone rings non-stop when the news is full of financial talk, and other days it’s quite quiet. We use that time to catch up on all the reading we have to do to stay current. The Maharaja Complex is a busy little spot, and we’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the furniture. We don't go in for big sales pitches or anything like that. We just sit down with whoever comes in, look at the numbers, and see what the best move is for their situation. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one step at a time and try to keep things grounded in reality.
