Finding a place to stay or set up a shop in Pimple Saudagar isn't as easy as it used to be. Things have changed a lot around here. We are based out of Nalanda Endustrieal Estate, which is a busy area with a lot of noise and movement. If you come by A 1 Properties, you'll see we are just regular people trying to help other regular people find a roof. Whether it’s a small flat or a bigger industrial space, we spend our days looking at listings and talking to owners. We know this area pretty well because we live and work right in the middle of it. Sometimes the paperwork for property can be a mess, and we just sit down and try to sort through it with you. We don’t have any fancy brochures or big billboards. Most people find us because they saw our sign or a friend told them we were okay to deal with. It’s a lot of walking around and checking out sites to make sure they are actually what the owner says they are. We’ve seen the roads get busier and the buildings get taller over the years. It’s just us doing the daily grind of real estate without all the fluff. If you need to know about the local market or just want to see what’s available nearby, we’re usually around the estate office most mornings. It's just a simple office for regular folks.
