9Gen Media And Entertainment Private Limited is located over in the Rosewoods building, specifically Flat I-102. It’s part of the S. No. 107 and 108 area in Pune. Working from an apartment means we don't have to deal with the sterile feel of a big office block. We have our computers set up in the main room, and the balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when things get stressful. Pune is a fast city, but our little corner in 411027 is relatively calm. We spend our days working on different media bits and pieces. There’s always someone editing something or talking on the phone with a client. It’s a busy environment even though it’s small. We don't wear suits or have big meetings with slides. Most of our planning happens over lunch or while we’re just sitting around. We like it this way because it’s honest and we can just be ourselves. The building has some nice trees around it, and the security guards know us by name now. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we run out of snacks, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to produce good work that we can be proud of. It’s a straightforward life here, focused on the projects we have in front of us, and we quite enjoy the pace of things.
