You can find 369 Divine Properties LLP on the second floor of Mohite Paradise. We are located at S No 16/6 on Sinhagad Road in the Hingane Khurd area of Pune. It’s a busy part of town and the traffic can be a real pain during rush hour, but we like it here. The office is in room 204. It is not a very big place, but it fits us just fine. We have been around for a bit, mostly helping people find places to live or set up shop along the road. Real estate in Pune moves fast, and sometimes it feels like we are just trying to keep our heads above water with all the new listings. We aren't big on fancy speeches or trying to look like a multi-national firm. We are just local guys who know the Sinhagad Road stretch really well. Most of our clients are just regular people from the neighborhood. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time on our mobiles. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We handle the paperwork, the site visits, and the long talks with landlords. There is no magic to it. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be done. It's a simple way to run a business and we don't plan on changing how we do things anytime soon.
