Our spot is on Pisoli Road in Pune, right near Furtech Furniture. We’re in House Number 623 on Survey Number 36/3. 306 Asset Mart Properties LLP is just a small group of us trying to make a go of it in the local real estate market. Pune is growing fast, especially around here, so there is always something happening. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of people who know the area well. We spend our mornings checking on local listings and our afternoons meeting people who want to move into the neighborhood. The office is pretty basic, but it serves its purpose. We deal with a lot of different types of properties, from small plots to bigger residential stuff. It’s not always easy, and the paperwork can be a real headache sometimes, but we get through it. We prefer to keep things simple and talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Being located near a well-known landmark like the furniture shop helps people find us without too much trouble. We don’t put on airs or pretend to be something we aren't. We just work here, help people with their property needs, and try to keep things moving along in a straightforward way. That's the way we like to do things, staying focused on the local streets of Pisoli and the surrounding Pune area.
