If you're looking for Veda Educational Institute, we are tucked away at number 18 on Voc Street. It's in the Kamaraj Nagar area, specifically the Venkata Nagar part of Pondicherry. Most locals know us because we are right near the Vel Sokkanathan Marriage Hall, which usually has some event or another going on. Being so close to a big landmark makes it easy for parents to drop their kids off without getting lost in the side streets. Our building is a simple one. We don't have any of those glass walls or shiny lobbies you see in the big cities. It's just a place where teaching happens. We have a few rooms set up with basic furniture and whiteboards. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, except for the sound of someone explaining a math problem or some kids talking during their break. We have been here for a bit, and we know most of the people on this street. The location is convenient for anyone living around this part of town. We open up early and stay until the evening classes are finished. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do. No one here is trying to be a corporate executive. We are just teachers and staff trying to make sure the kids have a place to study that isn’t their noisy living room. It's honest work and we like being on Voc Street.
