Motilal Eng Polytechnical College

Motilal Eng Polytechnical College is based in Lawspet, which is a part of Puducherry. It’s a pretty straightforward place where we focus on polytechnic training. The campus is located in the 605008 area, and it has that typical Pondicherry feel with the coastal air and the warm sun. We have various workshops where the students do their practical work, and you can often hear the sound of machines or tools being used. The classrooms are basic, with rows of desks and plenty of windows to let in the light. It’s not a high-end facility with fancy decor, just a practical space for learning technical skills. The grounds are kept tidy enough, but we aren't obsessed with landscaping. Staff members usually gather in the common room to talk about the day’s schedule or the upcoming practical exams. We have a lot of local students who come from all over the Pondicherry area. During the breaks, you’ll see groups of them standing under the shade of the trees to escape the heat. We don't really do much in the way of promotion; people usually hear about us through their neighbors or family members who studied here before. It’s just a regular college doing its job in Lawspet. We keep the registers updated, make sure the equipment is working, and try to keep things running smoothly without making a big deal out of anything.
