Padma Bio Farms

We are situated at No. 41, V.O.C. Street, which is right by the Old Bus Stand. People usually find us by looking for the Arogya Mission sign nearby. Padma Bio Farms is our small operation where we deal with agricultural products and bio-inputs. It’s a busy corner of town, especially with the bus stand right there. There is always a lot of dust and noise from the buses, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office is basically just a room with some shelves and a few chairs for visitors. We spend most of our time talking to farmers or checking on the supplies we have in the back. It’s not a high-tech place. We use handwritten ledgers for a lot of things because it’s just easier for us. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or someone told them about us. It’s a lot of manual work, moving bags around and making sure everything is stored correctly so it doesn't spoil. The heat can be a problem sometimes, but we have a few fans going. We are just regular people trying to provide what the local farmers need. It’s not a glamorous job, but it feels good to be part of the community here near the bus stand. We just keep doing what we know how to do best and hope the rains are good this year.
