Kka Exports Pvt Ltd is based right here on Surcouf Street at number 23. It’s a quiet enough street most mornings, which is nice for getting through the early emails. We’ve been running things from this building for a bit now. It isn't a massive operation, just a handful of us making sure everything goes where it's supposed to. Exporting is one of those things that sounds more exciting than it actually is on a Tuesday morning when a container is delayed. We spend a lot of time on the computer or checking over lists. The office is simple, nothing too flashy. We have some old desks and a printer that acts up more than it should. Everyone knows everyone around here. You walk down the street and see the same faces every day. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Word gets around, and that seems to work out fine for us. We handle the logistics and the shipping details without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes we stay late when a big order is going out, but usually, we’re out by six. It’s a steady rhythm.
