Aurovikas Exports

Aurovikas Exports is situated at 9, Angalamman Koil Street in Alankuppam. If you are heading towards Auroville, we are just off the main path. It’s a quiet area compared to the city, with a lot of trees and a slower pace of life. We like it that way. Our building is a simple one, right on the street near the temple. We do a lot of export work, so there is always a lot of packing going on. Boxes are everywhere, and we are constantly checking labels and shipping documents. The air here is a bit fresher, which makes the long hours more bearable. We have a small group of local people who help us with the work. We’ve all been working together for years, so we don’t need to say much to get things done. We just know the routine. Some days are spent just waiting for the trucks to arrive, and other days we are working flat out to get everything ready. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s purely a workspace where we get things done and sent out. We take our tea breaks under the shade outside when we can. It’s a simple way of living and working, and it suits us just fine. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them finished. It is a quiet life but we are very busy most of the time.
